Downtown Denver

We spent the week-end in Denver. It was fun to just relax for a bit, and to visit a big city. We were excited to see so many buildings and stores, since our town is so small. haha! We enjoyed spending the day all around downtown. We also went to the Aquarium. The exhibits are incredible, huge tanks and lots of all kinds of fishes, even swimming tigers! WOW! We learned about ecosystems and other animal's habitat too.

Este fin de semana fuimos a Denver. Fue muy divertido relajarnos un poco y visitar una ciudad! Estabamos tan emocionados de ver tantos edificios y tiendas ya que nuestro pueblito es tan chico. jaja! Disfrutamos mucho pasar todo el dia paseando en el Centro de la ciudad. Tambien fuimos al acuario. Las exhibiciones estan increibles, los tanques estaban enormes y peces de todo tipo. De hecho habia hasta unos tigres nadadores! Aprendimos mucho ya que cada sala estaba representada por un ecosistema del mundo.
We were taking a picture close to a turtle because Ian loves them. Suddenly, the turtle fell down from the rock it was standing on. Poor turtle, it fell backwards so we waited until it turned up again.

Estabamos tomando una foto cerca de una tortuga porque a Ian le encantan las tortugas. De repente se cayo la tortuga de la piedra en donde estaba parada. Asi que nos quedamos viendo hasta que se volteo para arriba. Fue chistosisimo verla voltearse con su concha tan pesada y con su patitas tan pequeñas. Ian nos tomo la foto sentados con el tiburon. Ian le dijo a Jhon que abrazara al tiburon jijiji.
