Este dia de Halloween fue muy divertido. Esperamos ustedes tambien hayan tenido un dia increible tambien. Ian se disfrazo de Obiwan kenobi de Starwars y JJ de diablito precioso.

Todo empezo desde el viernes en la maniana. Lleve a mi salon una iguana del centro de animales vivientes del distrito. La iguana se llama Zing. Mis alumnos aprendieron sobre lo que comen las iguanas, donde viven, etc y tambien tuvieron la oportunidad de cargarla o tocarla. Nos divertimos mucho.Friday morning, my students had a visitor into our classroom, it was an Iguana from Central America. We learn about their habitat, diet, etc, and they all had an opportunity to carry or pet it. The Iguanas's name is Zing and it lives at the Living Animal Center in our School district. Teachears can check-out living animals to bring to your classroom. We had a blast with Zing!

El viernes fue la actividad de la iglesia y el sabado fuimos a nuestro querido YMCA porque hubo un carnaval con ponies, brincolines, una granjita con animalitos reales y juegos. JJ se disfrazo en la maniana de Batman.
Friday night we had our church's trick-or-trunk activity. Saturday morning, our awesome YMCA facility had a Fall Carnival with pony rides, bouncers, a tiny farm with real farm animals, and lots of games. JJ had his batman costume.
Despues en la tarde fuimos a ver el show de malavares de aviones que se llama Alas de Houston. A JJ le fascinan los aviones asi que le encanto el show. Hubo un momento cuando uno de los aviones paso tan cerquita que JJ penso que venia hacia nosotros y se espanto y se escondio. Nos reimos mucho.
Then we went to see Wings over Houston show. JJ loves airplanes so this was the perfect activity for him.
Ya en la noche fuimos a un parque done hubo un carnaval de Halloween con brincolines, otra vez, jijiji, pero jj e ian fascinados, hubo casa de espantos, juegos y muchos dulces. fue la primera vez que ian entro a una casa de espantos, fue muy valiente, pero lo bueno que no estaba fea osea era para ninios. jijiji El mejor amigo de Ian fue con nosotros tambien y se super divertieron. Tambien vi a varios de mis alumnos porque para graduarse de la prepa necesitan dar ciertas horas de servicio a la comunidad. Todo fue increible!! Feliz Halloween 2009!!!
Saturday night was at a neighborhood city park where they have a Halloween Carnival with lots of safe trick-or-treat, games, bouncers and haunted house. Ian's best friend and his family went to the park with us too. I also saw many of my students who volunteer that night. I did not know, but all high school students in our school district have to do certain amount of volunteer hours in order to graduate. That's just a great opportunity to help our community. Happy Halloween 2009!!!
Wow! hicieron muchas actividades muy padres! quedaron cansaditos? me encantaron los disfraces de los pollos. Que padre que Jj hasta tuvo opciones de disfraces. Creo que voto mas por el de batman pero en los 2 se ve muy lindo. Gracias por las fotos. LQM
